Processing Time

The orders are dispatched on Saturdays.

After you placed your order, you will receive an automated email to confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed. You will receive another email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. Both of these emails will be sent to the email address you used to register your account.

You can check the status of your order on the Order History section of your customer account, via my account page.


Estimated shipping times from the day the order is sent out (not guaranteed)

UK – 3 to 5 working days

Europe – 5 to 7 working days

US and Canada – 7 to 10 working days

Rest of World – Up to 14 working days



Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame, written on the listing. You will be notified of any serious delay with your order.

Important: If your order has in-stock and pre-ordered items, your parcel will be held until it is fully complete and then sent. If you want to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place 2 different orders.


Collect In Store

If you select collect in store, you need to make arrangements with me as and when you would like to pick up your items.

Customs And Import Taxes

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Where Is My Order?

If an order has not arrived by the time you were expecting it, we recommend first checking the email account with which you have placed your order. Check your spam folder too. This is our primary mode of contact and any changes to your order will have been detailed here. If you have not received anything, please contact us here. Please have your order number handy.
